Having a regular gratitude practice has been shown again and again to bring immensely positive changes. These include improved mental and physical health, sleep, reduced anxiety and more.
My favourite time of day to practice gratitude is before bed. I think of 3 things im grateful for that happened in the day, and it feels like a nice way to calm my mind, reflect and set up for a good nights sleep.
I truly believe that its important to have a Gratitude practice as opposed to just an attitude of gratitude, and to remind myself to do this I have this print on my wall opposite my bed.
