When will my order arrive?

Unless your order is a 'preorder' or 'made to order' print, it will be dispatched within 2 working days. After this, please expect delivery to take approximately:

UK: 2-3 working days

Europe: 5-7 working days

USA/Canada/Australia/ROW: 10-14

Unfortunately I have no control over customs charges+/ delays, and charges are the buyer's responsibility. I recommend researching this before placing an order.

"Pre-Order" or "Made to Order" may take a bit longer to dispatch(potentially a couple of weeks).

I hope that in choosing to support a small independent business you have already considered this and I thank you in advance for your patience. 

How will you package my order? 

Small prints and Greeting Cards: will be sent in card-backed envelopes, wrapped in tissue or newsprint and biodegradable cellophane.

Medium & Large Prints:  Will be wrapped in tissue or newsprint and rolled into cardboard tubes, with biodegradable cellophane as an extra layer of protection.  If you’ve ordered multiple prints, I will wrap them all together. For items arriving in a tube, please remove them from the tube and allow a few days for them to uncurl in a safe place before framing them(sometimes a book on top can help). 

Are returns possible? 

I accept exchanges, but not returns. Provided they are in perfect, saleable condition and still in their original packaging, you can return unwanted prints to me in exchange for store credit or another print, though I'm afraid you'll need to pay for the return postage. Please contact me before returning anything so I can approve the exchange and confirm any relevant details.

My print was damaged in transit.

Please email me straight away if your print has been damaged in transit with photos, and where possible, I will sort out a replacement ASAP.
